What is skin needed?

Today, many people want to look younger, and to full fill this requirement, markets has produce a lot of skincare product. But which 1 is the best?

Before we buy any of them, we must know what is our skin really needed. Here some important nutrient that our skin need:
  • Collagen - to provide stiffness and strength to skin.
  • Vitamin A - Helps maintain the health of your skin. Found in foods such as: Liver, oily fish, carrots, spinach, apples and asparagus.
  • Vitamin B6 - Helps maintain the moisture in your skin. Found in foods such as: Liver, nuts, cranberries, cauliflower and mushrooms.
  • Vitamin C - Helps keep connective tissue strong. Found in food such as: Citrus food and juices, berries, cabbage, leafy green.
  • Vitamin E - Protect body tissues from oxidation. Found in food such as: Wheat germ, whole grains, eggs, seeds, apples and broccoli.
  • Zinc - Helps energize metabolism and tissue formation. Can get from: Oysters, liver, milk, chicken, whole grains and nuts.
